Randy Caldejon is Founder & President of Fidelis Farm & Technologies, a business incubator in Crozet, VA that is focused on developing technology solutions for vineyards and small farms. An engineer and serial entrepreneur, he enjoys engaging in meaningful ventures that create social and economic value in light of God’s Kingdom. As a lifelong student, he is pursuing a graduate certificate in Biblical and Liturgical Theology at the Theopolis Institute.
Randy received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and his Master of Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He served in the United State Marine Corps in both reserve and active components; and is a veteran of the First Gulf War. He currently serves on the leadership council at Church of the Holy Cross in Crozet, VA. Most importantly, Randy enjoys living on a farm in Crozet with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.
