Atlanta Associates: We provide an environment for college students to grow in their faith, their professional capacities, and their relational skills – all while learning to incorporate their core beliefs into every aspect of their lives. Summer Internship in Lived Theology: This is an immersion program offered by the Project on Lived Theology at UVa. It's designed to complement the numerous existing urban and rural service immersion programs flourishing nationally and globally by offering a unique opportunity to think and write theologically about service. Perkins Foundation Summer Intern: The Perkins Foundation Internship is a program for graduating High School Seniors and College students who are looking to gain knowledge and experience in ministry. The opportunities provided will help interns learn and practice the principles of Christian Community Development, gain practical experience, and grow in their relationship with God and the community they serve. Cville Tulips Summer Volunteering & Paid Positions
Cville Tulips has both volunteer and part-time paid positions working with refugee families this summer! Cville Tulips is a new program supporting refugee women and their children. Women participate in our English program and their children in youth programming, including outdoor play and arts activities. Most participants are Pashto and Dari speakers from Afghanistan, and they are adjusting to the new language and culture. If you are interested in participating in either English help or youth programming, please fill out this interest form.
Lumen Christi Catholic Summer Seminars: For over a decade, the Lumen Christi Institute Summer Seminars in the Catholic Intellectual Tradition introduce participants to central themes, figures, and texts from the Catholic tradition. Summer Workplace ESL Instructional Assistant Position
Join us as a paid Instructional Assistant for a summer session of our Workplace ESL program! Work with UVA Facilities employees who have come from all over the world. Summer EAP Instructional Assistant
Apply to become a paid English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Instructional Assistant with the Center for American English Language & Culture (CAELC) this summer! Instructional Assistants work in five principal areas during the summer English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program for international students. These include classroom assistance, conversation hours, Wednesday activities, technology, and administrative support. Telos Summer Intern
The Telos Intern is a part-time, in-person preferred position with a monthly stipend. The intern will support Telos’ key programmatic, communications, and operational platforms. They will have strong organizational, administrative, and communications skills. They will be able to successfully manage multiple projects at once, and provide insights where applicable for improving engagement with the Telos audience, as well as Telos educational programming. UVA Advance Residential Community Advisor Summer Positions
Serve as a Residential Community Advisor (RCA) and University of Virginia ambassador to high school juniors and seniors taking college classes on Grounds this summer. These students are participating in UVa Advance, a residential program for high-achieving high school students. Undergraduate RCAs will be asked to monitor residence halls, provide guidance to the students living on their floors, and chaperone weekend field trips. Post-College
Abundant Life Fellows: The Abundant Life Fellows Program is a two-year program that starts in August. There is a track for college students as well as a track for young adults not currently enrolled in school. The program is designed to equip young adults to engage their faith holistically through the practical theology of Christian Community Development. During these two years Fellows will build deep and formative relationships with each other and the Abundant Life family. These relationships and experiences will have a life-long impact on the Fellows and equip them for leadership in the church and workplace.. Learn more here.
Bon Secours: While participating in a year of service, Bon Secours Ministry Volunteers live together in an intentional community, commit to a simple lifestyle, and reflect on service and justice throughout the year. Volunteers share meals, prayer, social activities, and household chores. All Bon Secours ministry volunteers receive an orientation and participate in three retreats during the year to enrich and deepen their service experience. Learn more here.
Christ Church Fellows Program: Our fellows program is designed for young adults interested in church life and being involved in the Christ Church community. Running from mid-August to early-May, the program is an opportunity to catch one's breath, to spend a year discerning the possibility of lay or ordained ministry, to explore the Charlottesville area and to serve others. Fellows will be asked to focus on at least one area of the Christ Church community each semester as well as study Christian and Biblical theology together. Learn more here.

Koinonia Farm Internship: It is for those interested in seeking an experience in our shared life of prayer, work, study, service, and fellowship. There are three main components: Educational, Spiritual, and Manual Labor. Learn more here.
Plainsong Farm: This nine month program for young adults, ages 21-30, offers immersive experiences and education in small-scale regenerative agriculture, spiritual practice, Christian learning, entrepreneurship and leadership, and communal living. As a center for farm-based discipleship, we are working to catalyze a culture of Christianity grounded in the stewardship of Creation, and to equip a generation of young leaders able to start and steward institutions at the intersection of discipleship, ecology, justice and health. Richmond Hill Urban Service Corps: USC is an opportunity for servant leaders to engage in a one-to-two-year commitment living in intentional Christian community and working for the healing of metropolitan Richmond. Richmond Worship Arts Fellowship: is a 9-month fellowship which will match young creatives with local churches and place them in roles that are catered to their talents and interests. We will equip these fellows with seminary-level coursework, experience working in ministry, and the tools to cultivate art that empowers the Church. At the same time, we will coach their host churches on cultivating and supporting new expressions of the creative movement of God in our city! Learn more here.
Service over Self Internship: The SOS Academy is a one year internship program that equips 19-26 year olds to do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with their God in the urban context of Memphis, TN. Learn more here.
Sojourners Fellowship: The Sojourners Fellowship Program is a leadership and professional development program dedicated to Christian discipleship, community, and vocation. Participants live in an intentional, Christian community and work alongside a departmental team at the Sojourners office in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Celebrating its 38-year history, program alumni have made a lasting impact on the social justice movement in the church, the United States, and around the world.
